#0890.AX Aoi Seicha - Hojicha Powder - Roasted Tea Leaf Matcha

This hojicha powder has a beautiful colour and a rich, mellow, warm wood like toasty notes.

Blended hojicha (roasted green tea), pulverized into a fine powder like standard matcha, is perfect for creating delicious hojicha flavored lattes and baked goods.

We call this kind of non-tencha made matcha Tea Leaf Matcha, a powder that is ground to be as fine as matcha and used in the same way for lattes
